Courses
A course is what finishing a class proves — the thing that stays true about a student no matter which run of the class they took. Point Tajweed 101 (Fall) and Tajweed 101 (Spring) at the same course and the student’s record simply says they hold it. Each class sets the attendance bar a student must clear before it is recorded for them; a course’s prerequisites gate who may take a class that confers it. Programs are built from courses.
